im on PC. using century link. got on to just get booted, now patcher won't load. im pretty sure its them, so no worries there ..... for now *dun dun duuuuun*

Yeah, it's CrappyLink....I mean CenturyLink's fault. I am hopeful they decide to do their jobs soon and fix it.

Worked for me for a while, then booted me now not working again. Another game works and I can surf fine and use many other internet apps just fine but ESO is acting up. PC BTW with CenturyLink in AZ.

I don't understand how this isn't on their end. I can play every other game on my PS4. I can use every online game on my PC. I can play ESO on the EU server but can't play on the NA server.

because we are not literally connected to the NA server. it could be a whole slew of reasons why we can't log in and remain stable, and that includes ZoS. but how many here are you seeing saying "my comcast/uverse/time warnner connection isn't working"

Just enabled my mobile hotspot on my cell phone and connected my pc through that and it worked... switched back to centurylink and it doesnt work....

On Xbox using centurylink. Just got to Cold Harbour, was so excited to play

Most likely its the connection between Centurylink and Zenimax that is having issues, whether this is the interweb itself or Z's ISP not playing right with CentL.

So how about someone who is on Europe and constantly CRASH every 2 minutes on PC while on PS4 the game works fine? still an ISP issue or the PC version simply suck?

Severe lags. Inevitable crashes. Different error messages upon login attempts.

I very much doubt that the problem lies with the ISP. I'm not from the US and I'm using a totally different ISP but I've been experiencing crashes and errors upon logins. Even if I get into the game (which I actually have), I'd lag out eventually (in 5-10 seconds) and the game boots me out.
I can surf the net as per usual with smooth download speeds and streaming so it's definitely not the ISP. It is highly probable that this problem is on @ZOS's end.

Haven't been able to get in for over 30-min now, NA PC. Cannot retrieve announcements at login page. Not on my end since everything else connects, including other games where I'm now likely to spend my evening. This has gotten really tiring Zeni, it's already a challenge to stay logged in long enough to finish a pledge since 2.1, now it's a challenge to log in at all. How long before I stop trying altogether?

It sounds like a routeing issue. The outage map linked earlier clearly shows areas of outage in the US, and if an ISP routes traffic through those areas it won't get through, at least not reliably. Other games and browser operations will work fine as long as they don't involve being routed through the affected areas.

My friends who couldn't connect all use century link. PS4 NA they can connect to Europe though without issue

Same sort of problems here, on PC near Phoenix AZ and Century Link is my ISP
