Did ESO crash?

I cannot even access their website. Is this just me?

My game crashed about half an hour ago, my launcher was all kinds of broken, but guildies in TS said they were playing the game fine so I assumed it was just me. After troubleshooting failed I assumed it was just my game, so I bit the bullet to do a fresh reinstall; after uninstalling, I couldn't even get into my accounts page to download the game again. I'm pissed at myself for not waiting on that uninstall now.

I'm also having trouble. Launcher and game don't seem to want to connect me. It shows stuff in the "News" section and is occasionally letting me launch the game but I'm not able to make it to character select. It's also not showing the realm status in the launcher for me.

I have some friends having trouble connecting to ps4. I'm connected but ppl keep messaging me "what's wrong with ESO"

YES! This is exactly what I am experiencing! I was in the character selection screen when it occured, and now nothing loads properly, and I cannot even get onto the ESO page.

Having the same issue for PS4. Some are saying its related to CenturyLink ISP.

I have CenturyLink also. I recently did a fresh install a couple days ago. Game has been working fine. I cannot access my ESO account page either though the forums work just fine. ESO Launcher fails to even connect to the servers. Launching ESO app directly works but login fails. It's the weekend and CenturyLink does not have live chat available right now

Also using centurylink and cannot get into the game after being kicked randomly.

I can access Europe servers just fine, it seems to be CenturyLink + NA Servers = sadtime.

Hmm... this might be a centurylink thing and not a ZOS thing. I can't get steam to connect either...

Out of curiosity, what platform is everyone on?

Same here.

I have had many messages from guildmates asking if ESO is down.
Each time I start the game, and log in just fine.

I think it may be local login server issues, or something.

PC. And Gina, while it's looking like it's the ISP, you can still provide calming support with your clever "soon" pics that are usually reserved for our natch potes threads

I was having this problem on NA on PC and Xbox, my PC is repairing the game now and it is back up on xbox

What's bizarre is that my internet is just fine elsewhere, can stream and stuff, but steam, ESO, and ESO webpages are a no-go.



EDIT: try again folks, the eso webpages just started working again for me. I can't try logging into the game because I thought this was a problem on my client end so I uninstalled (/cry).

My issue appears to have been resolved. I tried to open Steam and at first it failed to login to my account. After a bit it succeed. Now my ESO launcher is working. Have not logged in yet. Cannot confirm it was launching Steam that corrected to issue or merely a coincidence.

I'm on PC. \._./ I can connect to the website just fine and I use CenturyLink but I can't connect when using launcher or client at all.

I have successfully loged into ESO online AND into my ESO account page.
