Why cant find IC dungeon group?

Allyhoo811✭✭✭Are you using the group finder tool? It is notorious for not working correctly. If not, how are you looking for someone to run dungeons.0 -
Allyhoo811✭✭✭I guess there could be several reasons, such as:
1) Time of day -- even on the weekend, most people seem to settle into dungeon running later in the evening
2) IC is primarily a PvP zone, a lot of dungeon runners probably stopped hanging out there as soon as they had access to the dungeons and could port there from the more populated games areas (Capital Cities, Rawl'kha, Craglorn)
3) Your role -- If you are a dps looking for a group, you are going to have a harder time
4) Your level (if you are below Veteran Rank 14, and now maybe even 15 or 16) -- Many people will only run dungeons with high level players
5) A lot of people also prefer running dungeons in groups with people they know or who are from their guilds.
Do you usually have trouble get groups for dungeons?
I myself haven't had a lot of time to venture into Imperial City, so I'm not sure how many PvE players even bought the DLC. There may simply be a lack of people with access to those dungeons (this may be especially true of players willing to run in PUG groups).1 -

I do play some IC, but the group I'm mostly with is still working out the PvE quests; we've not really even thought about dungeons.
Seems weird though; the place looks crowded, seems like you should be able to find someone.
OTOH what faction are you?Tenesi Faryon of Telvanni - Dunmer Sorceress who deliberately sought sacrifice into Cold Harbor to rescue her beloved.
Hisa Ni Caemaire - Altmer Sorceress, member of the Order Draconis and Adept of the House of Dibella.
Broken Branch Toothmaul - goblin (for my goblin characters, I use either orsimer or bosmer templates) Templar, member of the Order Draconis and persistently unskilled pickpocket
Mol gro Durga - Orsimer Socerer/Battlemage who died the first time when the Nibenay Valley chapterhouse of the Order Draconis was destroyed, then went back to Cold Harbor to rescue his second/partner who was still captive. He overestimated his resistance to the hopelessness of Oblivion, about to give up, and looked up to see the golden glow of atherius surrounding a beautiful young woman who extended her hand to him and said "I can help you". He carried Fianna Kingsley out of Cold Harbor on his shoulder. He carried Alvard Stower under one arm. He also irritated the Prophet who had intended the portal for only Mol and Lyris.***Order Draconis - well c'mon there has to be some explanation for all those dragon tattoos.
House of Dibella - If you have ever seen or read "Memoirs of a Geisha" that's just the beginning...
Nibenay Valley Chapterhouse - Where now stands only desolate ground and a dolmen there once was a thriving community supporting one of the major chapterhouses of the Order Draconis0 -

People mainly do pvp in Imperial City, or they are already grouped up with their guildies to do achievements and farming tel var stones & trophies.I cant seem to find anyone running the IC dungeons. Anyone know why?

Go to pledge area and ask for it in zone, or in your guilds or ask friends....
Btw. the group finder tool works just fine, problem is that it was bugged for so long, and first necromanced and fixed by Zenimax when everybody gave up using it.0 -

✭Same problem. Cant seem to buy a group to get the quests for the districts done, and am too wimpy to do them myself. All my PvP guild wants to do is run the sewers. ✭Same problem. Cant seem to buy a group to get the quests for the districts done, and am too wimpy to do them myself. All my PvP guild wants to do is run the sewers. Frankly, I am moth-balling my DK and leveling a NB just so I can get those done.
Baaaah join a pve guiild for this. PvE'ers love this stuff... and you having experience with pvp makes you the group's God!0 -

Yeah.. some how.. when my PVE guild is running sewers I seem to be in main Cyro. but.. Yeah.. Baaaah is right.Power level to CP160 in a week:
