I was watching one of Deltia's videos found https://youtube.com/watch?v=r8_EWpeqvnw&feature=youtu.be and in this video he says he got to VR1 in 9 hours. How is this possible? I know questing takes a long time, even if you are questing with a partner. I am curious because my leveling experience on the PS4 is not anywhere near that level, so can anyone tell me how this is possible? Thanks.

I got to vr1 on my high elf sorc in 8 hours with XP scrolls and grinding solo.

Grinding is still far superior to questing in my opinion.

Not completing a full zone, one completing the main story-line quests, along ith Mages/Fighters Guild quests, only doing World Bosses when they're near by (not going out of your way), not Skyshard Hunting, no dungeons.

My little brother followed Deltia's method when ESO first hit consoles. With a few internet DC issues and other responsibilities, he hit VR1 in 2 days. I can imagine if he had a full day of uninterrupted game play, it would have been closer to that 9 hour marker.

When you say grinding, are you saying to do like mobs and world bosses?

If grinding is a good option, then if I was starting a new character in the DC, where would be a good place(s) to grind in Glenumbra?

You won't find the answers on here. Simply put any grind spots that get.posted on here get nerfed after a while, every spot mentioned on here is sub par, with the real good ones kept secret as to prevent nerfing.

Hell there was a guy on here bragging about 150k exp an hour for vet grinding hailing it as the new best grind spot, until he was informed a decent spot has 1.5 million exp per hour.

Just find somewhere of the appropriate level with zombies, then make a rotation that works efficiently. Chuck on an exp scroll for a 50% buff,

Don't tell anyone (expect friends that won't blurt it all over the place) and it'll be a good trick.

There's also the dungeon grind which people hit 0-vr14 in 2 days in.
