Buff to snares intended?

So currently snares are much more powerful, and prevent you from even dodge rolling to create some distance, and can sometimes just turn a player into a sitting pinata (meteor). Was this change intended, if so why?

Game is unplayable until they fix all these issues and bugs. Could take weeks or months by the looks of it...

Well this would explain why I suddenly find it impossible to dodge-roll out of things... Nothing more frustrating when you have to dodge-roll 4 times to go the distance you would normally go with a single dodge-roll. Except that you only get to dodge-roll 2 times, maybe 3 before you get killed by all the damage you're taking in the AOE you're trying desperately to dodge-roll out of.
