Is it possible to survive slaughterfish attack?

With op health, health regen, potions, super speed to get to places quicker and resist poison, damage + armour repaired? Has anyone ever tried it?

The only way to survive is to get out of the area where the slaughterfish get you. You can't heal through it or anything like that. You can slightly increase the amount of time you can spend in the deadly part of the water by constantly jumping, as that minimizes your time actually in the water.

Slaughter fish attack is now exponential this update, so any survival rate has been decreased exponentially as well.

I used to able to survive indefinitely by jumping constantly on top of the water, but that stopped working a few months ago.
