It's also faster and safer to kill four scamps instead of opening a chest for TV stones.
You go into Cyrodiil, you risk your life. You go to open a treasure chest, you risk your life. You go to do a TV stone quest, you risk your life. The only thing you can choose is what you're risking it for.

✭✭✭✭✭The coffers should not be affected by the modifier. Because you can open them in a safe zone. But chests and anything else that can only be opened in a PvP area and are immediately added to your Tel Var stone total, and thus can be immediately looted by other players, should be boosted by modifier.0 -

✭✭I had thought they had told us in one of the ESO Live episodes that the stones bags would be affected by the modifier when we opened them. If that's not the case they need to greatly increase the number of Tel Var stones you can get from these, especially the ones you get from doing a daily quest. 80 stones is just crappy low for a daily quest bag, especially when you have to go out there and do it on your own if you cannot find a group.Far too many characters to list any more.1
