Casual guilds are okay, but people normally never talk to each other and their never is any structure. I would like to join a more serious guild (i put somewhat in the title because i don't want it to be too serious, like a second job or anything) but nothing too crazy. A guild with good leadership, a good rank structure, that's active and gives responsibilities to players is what I'm looking for.

Level 39 Templar, but i also have a level 11 night blade, both are Daggerfall covenant, north America.
