World Reload error after logging in each time

I haven't seen others talking about this one, so maybe it's only effecting me?

Everytime I load a character (not port or zone, just logging in first time on each guy) the world reloads as soon as I take a couple steps and sometimes I start on the spot OK, other times it drops me at the wayshrine in the city I was standing in. A couple times it has just picked me up and dropped me somewhere randomly.

I had one guy in the bank of Belkarth in Craglorn and it dropped me in the air to the south, fortunately I fell in the lake there:


My guy that relogged in the sewers however wasn't so lucky. He got dropped the air onto the checkerboard void twice now.



Is anyone else having this issue? Should I try a repair maybe? I was waiting for the patch, but started thinking maybe it was just my game when others I play with said they weren't having the issue.

After patch, I repaired, cleaned out add-ons, etc. Updated drivers on computer. Still doing it.
