Honestly ... Zenimax! I hope this is a bug or something. But there are Hundreds of willpower and endurance rings out there and I've only heard of 2 Agility Rings to ever be found? Why would you create different droprates for sets that are supposed to be equivalent to each other? Stamina is already inferior compared to…
