Need help with Restoration staff sorceror build

I need restoration/ healing for survival as my vampire is so poor at battling. My survival using Destro staff was even worse so I gave up on that.

What I have so far;
Clannfear, Twilight matriarch, drain Essence (morph), exploding prison, quick syphon ult charged atronach
Daedric armour, clannfear, frag shard, drain Essence, mutagen ult bat swarm.
Both are with restoration staff as Destruction staff does not allow healing.

I know I'm terrible at this game. I solo as I have no friends. I do not have access to Veteran gear as I'm lvl 43. Traits are hard to come by and have to craft my own gear. Please take that into account.
