Stuns not working properly?

My friend and I have been having this problem since the new update, not sure if anyone else has, but everytime I get stunned, I can't roll dodge out of them. The only way to get rid of a stun is with an ability now. And I've seen a lot of people taking advantage of it and stunning people in the middle of an ultimate, so if you don't have an ability to counter it, you need to slowly walk out of it until the stun runs out. It has got me killied many times already

    By "Stuns" are you referring to roots/immobilization and snares?

    Yes, I've noticed this too. Against npc's in a cryo delve. Blocked cause I saw the animation but was still stunned.

    Since the Update, ground based snares affect Roll Dodge distance where previously they did not. When an enemy places an ice ring, for example, you can no longer Roll Dodge out of the ring to escape it near instantly. Considering the recovery time and resource expenditure, it is better to move out of snares than Roll Dodge in the present version of ESO. This is the troll special "L2P issue" -- all players are having difficulty adjusting to the new mechanics. Give it time (experience, really) and players will adapt to this new feature.

    It cannot hurt to /bug this mechanic either, as it may indeed by an oversight in the code.
    Until proven as unintended, assume it is WAI and work with it.
