User Interface Crashes!!

I know I'm not the only one who this happens to; a number of my friends have also mentioned this happening...

Randomly, for what ever unknown reason, your tooltips for interactions will just VANISH and even if you try to interact you still can't, what's worse is your actions also stop working and you can't perform any actions (attacks etc). You would think the "handy" /reloadui would work? Nope, not always.. just sometimes?

Logging out and logging back in solves it.. what on earth? Me and my friends can't be alone with this issue?

It happens on console na too. Very VERY frustrating when you are mostly through a dungeon, mid battle in cyridiil, and especially near the end of typing a long guild message...crash.

Skills do not bug out for me in this particular situation though. Just the "E to do whatever" prompt.

I get that issue the most, but when it stops you putting your weapon away and mounting and crouching etc it's just insane!
