Can't Redeem Prepaid Subscription Code (asking for registration)

Earthwardzilvox_ESO
When I try to add this Prepaid Subscription Code to my account, I'm told to "Please enter your Game Registration Code first, then any Membership Time Code or promotional code below." But my account is already registered. I pre-purchased this game digitally, and my registration was automatically applied to my account.

Plus, I've added subscription codes to my account before, and the website never asked for me to add a registration. So why is it asking now? Where would I even find my Registration Code, if I purchased the game digitally?

Any help would be appreciated.

Having the same problem, trying to figure this out, although from reading through other posts on the same issue it sounds like you should just be able to enter the code from the card without the registration code, the registration code is just for people who are buying the game for the first time. It's just worded poorly. However, the website is also telling me that my game time card code is invalid. I'm beginning to suspect some retailers may be selling codes that are no longer valid. But if this is the case, I hope we can be refunded for the cards.

Yea, the code was rejected no matter how I formatted it, so if the code was invalid at sale, there's a serious problem.

Yup. Its a serious problem. I usually buy a card or two and throw them on the shelf for a rainy, I'm to poor to afford my sub, kinda day. Tried using both cards today and invalid on both. Waste of $60 bucks. Tried calling the customer support and hung up after an hour on hold. Sent in a ticket this morning and have yet to get an email that I even put in a ticket. Would like to get my money back but bought them over a month ago and the retailer will not help me. So far ZoS has not done anything. See what happens Monday since it is a weekend. Still pissed off though.

There were a few unauthorised third-party retailers selling fraudulent codes, which have been deactivated. Perhaps you purchased the code from one of these sites? There's a list somewhere of authorised retailers.

I want to thank you guys for helping everyone who are having these issues (Including myself.), but as Krees Pointed out, this is starting to become a serious problem. While I appreciate the fact that costumer support are manually fixing this problem, you guys can't just think this will be the solution. Why should anyone contact you every time we buy a card? It's time consuming than just simply putting the code in our account. Can't you guys replace every current cards with new ones? Won't this be the best way to avoid any more frustrations?
