Good - more bag/bank slots
Good - UI for bank now shows both your toon slots/stones/gold as well as bank slots/stones/gold
Good - Light armor got 100% boost in effectiveness (OK, so it will create more 'skirts and stick' builds which might not be good but still..)
Good - Several Mundus stone effectives were increased. Though some folks lost theirs and had to reapply them
Good - Weapons show while riding
Good - Vigor is now Assault 5 instead of 10.
But the bad, as you listed above, overwhelms those. Memory leaks seems to be causing huge FPS drops. Loading screens can take 10 minutes for some players. Stamina nerf is over-the-top, ham-handed, and bogus. And on, and on, and on...
I'm calling this the "New Coke" of code and I hope it gets yanked faster than that disgusting swill was.

Apparently sorcs didn't get buffed. Which is a load of poo. I nearly got banned last night arguing about this. Sorcs and nbs even more powerful Templars even more useless in pvp now so pretty much Templars should get killed off as they are useless. Dks took a blow. I'm guessing it's because the sorcs had a cry and they make up the population with no life's that are always one so I guess they don't want to loose that player base but it's fine with them to loose majority of the players over and make this game dead. In the last 2 weeks I've seen this game die. Atleast 60 people on my friends list no longer play. My guilds all have hundreds of members yet only about 10 play anymore. I'm gonna give it a week after its released on console then when my thoughts are confirmed eso will be shelved indefinitely. Lucky there are some good games coming out in a few weeks to months. I play for the pvp content and that is being destroyed. If I wanted to quest and immerse my self in the lore I would play skyrim and oblivion. There is so much I want to say right now but ZOS doesn't allow freedom of speech. I've tried experience expressing my views via private message and still get moderated. RIP ESO

-Rapid Manuver no longer makes horses go faster
-15% stamina regen is gone from warewolfs on base form
-can't jump while in sneak
-characters are generally weaker
-a bunch of things nerfed wich I'm too tired to list
-most of the nerfs apply to non mages, mages were OP in PVP before the patch, now they are even more OP
I wanna make a stink, and hopefully the developers will feel bad for what they did
worst
patch
ever

I've defended ESO to haters and other people that wanted ESO to be something other than what it was.
This DLC killed my loyalty.
I played beta a bit but hated it. This is a 100% pvp release. Period. I don't pvp.
If YOU like pvp, that's fine, but this dlc should NOT affect my PVE game play.
If you read through all of these posts, an overwhelming percentage of people that LIKE/LOVE this dlc pvp.
Just as an overwhelming percentage of people that HATE this dlc PVE.
I didn't even get the horse or the new costumes. Sort of a protest for this crappy dlc.
I have a bunch of new books for my iPad and I'll just do something more creative and fun rather than sit through a horrible xpac that I can't frickin' play.
Craglorn=multiplayer (IMPOSSIBLE to do ANYTHING solo)
Imperial City=multiplayer AND PvP (go in alone and get ganked)
No shards or achieves for me in the IC.
I'm more mad than sad. It's just very disappointing.
