I just hit 225 CP on live, which means I can get the Treasure Hunter perk in the Shadow constellation.
Now I'm curious if this would pay off in the Imperial City. Does anything good drop from treasure chests there? What about set items?

CaptainObvious✭✭✭✭At least on live, the Treasure Hunter perk did not upgrade the quality of the set items. Basically making that perk useless. It has a chance of making advanced and master chests drop a purple regular item to be deconstructed.Due to a typo in the system, the area was accosted by the Daedric Prince Moar Lag Brawls.0 -

Aren't Malachite Shards only found from Treasure Map chests? Would be great if EVERY chest had a chance..

Every chest has the possibility, but chests from Treasure Maps have a higher chance to drop it.
