I find watching it a waste of time, all they do is laugh at some inside jokes that make no sense to us. Majority of the questions they answer are answered in a round about way that makes sense to them I guess but majority of time not to us.

This whole bag thing for ESO+ members sounds more like a scam to keep people subbed. They should have stated what would happen once people are no longer subbed. Which brings up the point in how they answer questions and how it just makes more questions they never answer.

To me the show is nothing but a waste of time. I understand how a lot of you love Gina but she is the worse one when it comes to answers. She makes answering questions into a joke majority of time and it just leaves us with more questions.

I really wish they would hire someone with more experience on how to put these shows together and how to professionally answer our questions. Also people with more experience on how to fix the game period!

They have lost majority of experienced developers than they have hired.

after watching a few of these, i take them to be what they present, unproffesional and lack of concern for anything a paying customer would deem worthy of their purchase, ive seen better work ethic from busboys and cashiers at 7 eleven.everything is a joke to them and light-hearted. slackers!!! i like gina because she at least makes more of effort to communicate to the people at the bottom.

The fact that this is how they view us is so sad and misguided.

Their customers are not the "bottom," they are the only reason their business exists.

Why continue to alienate us all with patronizing, condescending indifference? Pharoah complexes, all of them, because they can spit out a few lines of code. Congrats on the universe-defining awesomeness.

People complain that there's no real benefit to subbing, then when ZOS announce a real benefit it's denounced as a scam.

Classic case of "damned if they do, damned if they don't"?

I'm glad I'm one of the happy players, rather than one of the frustrated developers. I'm even more glad that I'm not one of the unhappy players who see conspiracy, failure and lies behind every announcement.

You can't add something like this to a sub, unless she forgot to inform us it would also be in the crown store. If you can't see that then am sorry for you and being blind to exactly what she said. It would end up causing more problems in long run than helping the player. But if it is also on the crown store that would also be a waste for the subbed player. You see it now?

But then that really shouldn't surprise anyone.

Sigh.. You guys DO get that they are TRYING to be relaxed and "folksy" for a lack of a better term atm. They want us consumers to be relaxed instead of upset at all the changes. Imagine if they told you that they were taking away your favorite skill and read it like Dan Rather or another news reader. Yeah, you probably would be more POd than you are now with all the stuff from IC coming.

Also, the hosts are, for the most part, just the messengers. They collect the questions, send them on to dev team involved and hope to get a reply by the next ESO Live show. A lot of the time, the answer is something that, if they announce it and it gets changed, people will be upset, so they say nothing.

If you look the day before, they post an agenda for the program. They invite people to type questions into the ESO Live thread so players can have more questions answered. The agenda for this past Fridays show was short, so not surprised it ended so early.

However, the above poster did make me think of..

I wanted to watch it but from what @MrBeatDown said i'm glad i never watched it.

Any clue to what size the patch is? (ps4)

It feels like all our patches are 15gig ... ZoS is trying to dominate our HDD's so there can be nothing but temptation to buy crowns.

I actually thought the last ESO Live was enjoyable. At 1 hour it was just the right length I think, and they answered a lot of player questions.
I know it's not important to some, but I always enjoy the fan art too, and the expert commentary. Some players have great talent! It's all part of community building, and at the end of the day it's a game; and enjoyment comes in many many forms.

They also stated ESO Plus subscribers are going to eventually get a crafting bag that lets them store materials and stuff seperately from their normal inventory and bank slots

I think that's quite a bombshell. Limiting the bags to ESO+ is weird. I wonder how that will work. Will they be bags that only ESO+ members can buy? Will ESO+ members who let their subscription lapse loose access to the bags and all the items in it.

With all the suggestions we've made as to how ESO+ could be improved and how bags could be implemented, their decision to tie these two together is interesting.

This will make me resub in a heartbeat if it means I get hundreds of inventory slots back (between bank and 8 toons). Not having to play the 30 minutes of shuffling between characters to clear my bank enough so I can actually go play an hour will be invaluable.

LOL! I spend more time creating mules to carry my shist than actually playing and getting gear. With this upgrade, looks like I will be keeping ESO+ though, more of a benefit in the long run.

How is crafting going to be nerfed?

I never watch it if I can help it, its so disturbing to watch the .... not-very-compassionate (yes, my personal perception) attitude of people who obviously rarely if ever actually play the game.

Crafted Armor always got a +1 bonus when compared to found sets, in this update that is gone. Also, the sets requiring 2-4 traits of research have had their spell and weapon damage decreased by over 30%, and some sets encompassing all # traits have had aspects changed.

Plus the ridiculous new RNG systems for the new motifs, particularly glass.

Crafters needed a good kicking, apparently. Bar Stewards!

Bummer about the +1. Even tho I never noticed that with crafted sets, since they are mostly evens levels and land drops are mostly odds, until you get to VR14. Plus, I never used any armor not of a set after I left Davon's Watch and found the two crafting stations outside the newbie starter city. Set armor never matches any drops, Rewards of the Worthy or vendor for me to compare to.

Nirnhoned is going the way of the Dino!

Still want TWO Nirn on your armor and maybe one on your weapon, but, yeah, not needed as much.

What I find particularly frustrating is when Wrobel and Co. state (read:lie) that they prefer to never nerf when they can just buff something else; what they could just as easily have done in this case of the +1 Crafted set bonus was to increase found sets by 1 to compensate.

There is a plethora of examples of exactly this behavior elsewhere in the constant 'balancing' of the game.

Tell me, why are the concerted efforts of dedicated crafters worth less than endgame group gear searchers? Don't both spend a great deal of time on the game? And for those that can do both, why bother with crafting at all besides improving the gear?

Wrobel and Company are ruining this game.

I remember a programer installing a new program he had 'wriiten' on a'communal' work PC. Having experienced the problems of transfering my own programs from one machine to another I asked him after he installed it whether it worked or not. His reply "I am the programmer not the user'.
Out of curiosity I ran the program to see if it worked. It would not . So in effect he really said "I am a dreadful programmer and I do not care if it works or not" . We are seeing a simlar attitude . Great business pity about having to deal with customers....

I don't dislike her as a person, and I know that she is "just doing her job". My wish is that she was more familiar with the actual playing of the game - some of what she says appears to be more (much more) condescending than it could possibly have been meant (again, because she seems like a nice enough person) due to the fact that she clearly doesn't understand the experience of (long term - i.e. invested) playing.
Tenesi Faryon of Telvanni - Dunmer Sorceress who deliberately sought sacrifice into Cold Harbor to rescue her beloved.
Hisa Ni Caemaire - Altmer Sorceress, member of the Order Draconis and Adept of the House of Dibella.
Broken Branch Toothmaul - goblin (for my goblin characters, I use either orsimer or bosmer templates) Templar, member of the Order Draconis and persistently unskilled pickpocket
Mol gro Durga - Orsimer Socerer/Battlemage who died the first time when the Nibenay Valley chapterhouse of the Order Draconis was destroyed, then went back to Cold Harbor to rescue his second/partner who was still captive. He overestimated his resistance to the hopelessness of Oblivion, about to give up, and looked up to see the golden glow of atherius surrounding a beautiful young woman who extended her hand to him and said "I can help you". He carried Fianna Kingsley out of Cold Harbor on his shoulder. He carried Alvard Stower under one arm. He also irritated the Prophet who had intended the portal for only Mol and Lyris.
    ***
Order Draconis - well c'mon there has to be some explanation for all those dragon tattoos.
House of Dibella - If you have ever seen or read "Memoirs of a Geisha" that's just the beginning...
Nibenay Valley Chapterhouse - Where now stands only desolate ground and a dolmen there once was a thriving community supporting one of the major chapterhouses of the Order Draconis
