So my friend got elder scrolls today and wants me to run through with him. So i decided i'll make a magicka nb as i haven't got one of them yet.

I've done a bit of reading can you only use a staff with a magicka nb because i really don't want too, is there a build thats viable with anything else?

I'd remake a stamina one but i'm not sure a stamina nb is ok in pvp in 1.7
PS4 EU DC

Current CP : 756+

I have every character level 50, both a magicka and stamina version.

RIP my effort to get 5x v16 characters...

Well for PvP a resto staff is a must for healing ward it'll be your primary heal. You can either run a destro staff or dual wield two swords then on your primary bar. dual wielding gives more spell damage but you won't be able to light/heavy attack for damage. Me personally I use a destro staff but it's personal preference really.

For PvE solo I use destro and restro, though again you can dual wield instead of destro.
For PvE group stuff I use destro and dual wield. Dual wield being my aoe bar and also contains my execute.

For PvP I used Sypher's magicka build as inspiration while changing a few skills around. For PvE I pretty much use this:

    it's a really good build.
    hope this helps!
