I am having trouble contacting ESO support for Xbox One, I tried to contact support but keep getting an error message. I tried to login on my console and keep getting the login failed message. My connection is fine, I tested it and there don`t seem to be any problems on my end. I way playing ESO with no problems up until today, awesome game. A message told me to contact customer service at help.elderscrollsonline.com but I cant seem to get through. Hope you guys can help.
