    Yes but Dallas is one of the outage areas and that is where ESO servers are based. If every corner of the nation were experiencing the outage I for one would not be here right now.

    Apparently one too many Solar Flares by Krillin encouraged Yamcha to try it and boom no internet anymore.

    I got this as well. I feel like they did that so that they wouldn't keep getting a mass influx of people trying to login to the servers since you now can't get past the launcher.

    Do all looted sets come at any level or is there a level range? If there is a level range will it be changed to being any and all levels?

    Apparently they are pretty much scattered globally. western Europe alone has 31 major outages right now which is why some EU player can connect and some cannot.
