Can't get through empty queue for PvP on PTS

I've been sitting here for about 10 minutes waiting to get into Cyrodiil, but apparently there's a queue on a basically empty server

Help pls.

But then this happened...
Funny thing is, access does work, map is wrong...

Sorry for the late reply, but no i did not, i just logged on after the PTS servers came online, made a new character and got stuck in the queue. Seems logging off then back on fixed it for me though.
