Small suggestion regarding PVP rewards

Make sets like cyrodils ward and ravager only available through AP purchases and make the legendary items from the end of campaign rewards mail everything else (masters weapons, SO sets)
That way, people will be more likely to get what they are looking for from the rewards mail, and if people want the vendor sold sets, they can use AP to buy them (AP is underutilized anyways)
Two birds with one stone, win win for everyone.
