allowing factions to be locked out of the IC on PTS? No AP to buy any seige, no one from AD is even *** on to take keeps, and a group of gankers parked at the sewer entrance. Pretty cool ***.

ZOS is seeing what access works and as been stated needing all 6 home keeps doesn't work and hopefully they'll change it by next week.

Does the in game mail work on the PTS ?
If so I have some siege equipment that I can mail
and possibly a forward camp or two. Possibly maybe
