Templar Restoring light passive "Mending" (PTS): Not Working.

Tested in PvP (PTS) using Puryfing Ritual+Breath of Life, values of BoL were:
-100% HP: 6.4k non crit, 10.k crit
-1% HP: 6.4k non crit, 10.0k crit
The passive is obviously not working.
Can anybody confirm it?

Pretty sure not intended and is going to get silently nerfed so it doesnt work.

No man, the test I made was on PTS and the passive was not working.

Why does this not surprise me? Odds are they'll still roll out the patch without fixing it and wait till Orsinium to fix it based on their current track record. Also heard they still didn't fix a notorious GCD bug on another templar skill.

On my PTS Template

2871 above 30% health
3300 at some point below 30% health

Meding says it increases healing by up to 10% depeding on severity of wounds, so it seems to be doing even more than that.

Why are you testing it with purifying ritual? The passive for Purifying Ritual that increases healing by 30% (also for Rune focus or remembrance) works fine too. But it is a different passive.

So I can not confirm. In fact for me it all seems to be working. Maybe because I have not spent any CP's on the template? Or some other conflict?

It's even possible to get stuck in charging animation. Nerfplar isn't going to just let go his "features".

That was just the value with purifying ritual, values with BoL only were different but not increased by Mending.
In fact i tried it in and out of combat, using either enemy dmg and spell simmetry to test each possible case. I also tested puryfing ritual alone, that wasn't affected by mending too.
Forgive my question, but how have you built your template, since you have such low values?

To quote Halfwitte: they said, in patch notes, that they have removed the GDC from Toppling charge and other morphs, but I saw no changes from 1.6 - so sad since it's like the 5th time they said they have fixed it.

It's low 'cause I tested while in Cyrodiil.
For the Template all I did was throw on some "combat physician" light armour set, fill out all the Templar passives, racial passives and just started healing.

Outside Cyrodiil:
5736 above ~20%, 8604 cirt
6604 below ~20% 9909 crit

Enduring Rays , Toppling Charge just to mention some
