im a vet 2 aldmeri templar that is in ebonheart for cadwells silver. so i need to do this quest to finish deshaan for cadwells silver called the wounds in the world where i have to kill watchers to close the portals. theres 4 portals and the last one one spawn for me or anyone else near here. please help.

Zamptyy✭The quest is glitches out and the watcher won't spawn it's been happening to lots of people hopefully the fix this asap considering its part of the main quest and you need it to go to cadwells gold0
