So ZOS in their infinite wisdom decided (out of the blue) to nerf one of the most useful (not op) sets for magicka builds. The 5set bonus is now practicly useless. I however would suggest changing it entirely. Make it the equivalent to Hundings rage.
The set bonus would be:
2Magicka recovery
3Spell crit
4Maximum magicka
5Spelldmg (equivalent to what hundings rage does for wep dmg)
The this would again be worth owning/aquiring for the full 5 set.

ThatNeonZebraAgain✭✭✭✭✭Pretty clear that they nerfed a lot of sets (crafted and dropped, many decent and not OP ones) in the Update to make the new IC sets more appealing. The Shalidor's Curse nerf is my pet peeve.
