No. The lack of an auction house makes sense. Well, it makes sense for what they're trying to do. They want to make it impossible for one or twenty players to actually corner the market on something, and then turn around and wreck the economy. Which, I mean, this does do that. The lack of a global auction house makes it impossible to meaningfully alter the value of any rare commodity by buying them up, and reselling at a new price. Even if you could clean them out of the public guilds, you couldn't get rid of them from the private trading guilds, and you couldn't force people to accept your price.
It makes flipping stuff in bulk a lot harder.
Which was the point.
Report 'em. If someone's screaming racist slurs in chat, then freakin' report them.
ZO doesn't hate you ... it's just not very smart in their product design.

This is super hard to prove. I'm not even sure that this is ZOS's area or if this would fall to Xbox/PSN. I have a feeling it would fall to Microsoft to handle and I believe they would do nothing. Also, being racist and saying racist things aren't a crime, only the actions that support it and impede on other's rights or violate laws are.

You'll find yourself really frustrated if your expectations for this game are that of other MMO's or if you're a person who has attached game features to a genre vs looking at a game to allow it to have its own features.
Lots of posts seem to identify people's desires to play a completely different game in this skin or their desires to bring other games features into this game.
It's a different game...no hate, it's just different. Some of us like change

Problem is the "new" features are in many cases just a lack of features. Nothing new or improved.
-Don't like global AH's? We have a new feature called...no global AH! (keep in mind they didn't even have guild kiosks until people asked for SOMETHING)
-Don't like floating numbers on your UI? We thought hard and long on how to make it more immersive and came up with...no numbers at all!
-Don't you hat all those buff icons from other games? We came up with a great way to show you your buffs and debuffs that no one thought about before. We just removed all of them!
-Text chat spam got you down? Boom!! Gone too! Now you can hear voice chat spam instead!
It's like they threw the baby out with the bath water and called it a day on many of their "new concepts". I like change and different approaches to gameplay also, but I don't see anything new here at all, just a lack of features period.

Actually? It's fairly sharp. ZoS had an idea of what they wanted, and they engineered a system that produces those results. It prevents a homogeneous auction system that results in no player interaction (to speak of), and promotes a system where players will actually have to interact with one another directly, to some degree, in order to get stuff.

This point is fairly moot. In other mmos people interact and sell with each other face to face all the time. You've never seen a WTB or WTS or WTT in other mmos?

Not as much as in ESO. And if that's the point? Then, mission accomplished.

Well, okay, there's a lot of wrong to unpack here.
First, it's incredibly easy to prove. Not, for you. But you're not the one who needs to prove it. For ZoS? Yes, it really should be easy for them to keep track of. All they need to do is thread up the chat logs. If they're not keeping any, then that is both incredibly stupid, and an enormous liability.
It isn't Microsoft's problem. Though, you can certainly take it to them instead. And, they do keep logs of voice chat, IIRC. If they have logs of in game chat, I don't know. But stuff that goes over their normal VOIP servers? Oh, you better believe it.
As for this not being a crime? So what? It is a violation of the contract you signed with ZoS. You know, those terms of service you skimmed over when you were agreeing to the EULA? Yeah, that's actually a contract. A legally binding contract. You break the terms of it, they can terminate your account at will. It says so, in the EULA.
Even if that wasn't the case, it's not like your first amendment rights apply here.
Look, your freedom of speech applies to government action. That is to say, you cannot be literally arrested for your actions. The first amendment does not protect you from private action. ZoS and Microsoft are not governmental agencies. They are not tangled up in the legal prohibitions that force them to silently listen to whatever you spout off. If they want you out, they can, and will.
So, yeah, report them. Don't tell me it's hard. Just do it. And go on with your day. Because, honestly, this has nothing to do with criminal action.

Kudos to ESO for not the excruciatingly boring central AH that is used when the developers lack imagination.

To be honest, I do not prefer everything you just mentioned.
You raise a lot of features that seemingly were a part of the prior games that exist on PC in this genre.
This isn't PC and the genre doesn't come with features, a developer makes feature decisions when creating any game regardless of genre. There are games on console in this genre that may have some or all of those features you are accustomed to but you're here and not there for a reason.
I disagree with your last statement as well, the reality is the game was developed for the market this company found as profitable and who they knew would enjoy it. PC and console don't actually have the same targets therefore we each would want to buy as it pertains to our interests and enjoyment.
That's pretty much it.
Personally, I'm happy with the choices they've made and love the game presentation in respects to each platform as I own it on PC and Xbox One. I still play PTS on PC and the regular game on Xbox One.
Maybe another game that is out or that's coming will be more to your liking. I would say, give the game another try and use what exists and lets also continue feedback on current in-game features that are not working as intended.

"the reality is the game was developed for the market this company found as profitable and who they knew would enjoy it."
And yet they clearly formatted the gameplay to be nearly exactly the same as other themepark mmos. If they developed it for the console crowd why did they make hotbars/skills/classes etc? Why not just make "Skyrim Online" as many people (not myself mind you) expected it to be? I would have been fine with all the missing features if that was the case.
But they didn't. They made a themepark mmo, and the features listed above work specifically for a themepark mmo for a reason. And when they are not there you find yourself not saying "hey this is missing", but rather "hey I have no way of doing this". That is the difference. That is where ESO failed to innovate, and rather just failed to include.
People don't want these features just because they are used to them. They want them because the lack of them make playing the game less fun and informative.

I believe it's you who doesn't like what's available and you're not alone but that doesn't mean that more people feel the way you do.
Specific to Xbox One there are as of now 5 different clans from games like BF, Destiny and COD who have grown tired of the FPS offerings but truly like this game as is. Two of these clans are top 5 clans on Destiny and COD on Xbox one or Xbox 360
More are coming over as friends recruit friends so while there are things that you feel the game should change so you can be happy also consider there are a lot of us who are happy as is.
If they fixed things not functioning as intended there would be more
