Suggestions for Population control.
I hadn't been up with this for a while but with all of the talk with population I thought I'd throw my suggestion out there and ask for some of your own as well.
Mine is dynamic capping of a server population. In other words you cap alliance population at 5% above lowest population of the server, as the number for the lowest population increases so do the numbers allowed for the other alliances.
Example: If DC is the low one at 100 players then the other two are capped at 105 players. No one server can become over or under populated as folks would be forced even themselves out across servers. If you hit pop cap you get a free switch of Home campaign and transfer of player score to your new home. As the low pop on a server increases so does the caps on the other two alliances.
