DK Still God Mode on the PTS

I saw a DK repeatedly solo Uzuruz, the boss of the Temple event in the Imperial City. No healer needed. I was playing a NB, died repeatedly. If your goal was to nerf DKs in next patch, you failed miserably ZoS.

As long as I take out adds real quick, I can do the same thing with the other IC bosses. I soloed the Overfiend in the Imperial Prison the other night. I was using a pet build, but the point remains the same.

So despite blocking changes, NB the new meta class and all oter classes changes some players still think DKs are divine beings.

/claps bashing DKs isn't appearntly part of ZoS no naming/slang rule yet say one abd thing about sorc shields or NB burst damage and every one just flips the table and go berserk.

Damage Mitigation is broken. Since the Armour/spell penetration is fixed, having heavy Armour is much better.

However the mitigation's now are all additive with the pvp de-buff and you can get 100% easy.

Which should not happen
(it dosent happen in live because penetration was broken, you could bypass 70% Armour just as easy. So Armour mitigation being additive wasn't a issue. Now it's the other way around.)

So no matter what pts will be TERRIBLE for any kind of testing until this is fixed.

This is why we can't have nice things, I'm assuming you're one of those players who wants every class aside from their own to be nerf'd.

DKs already have horrible abilities, especially when it comes to DoT and AoE (talking about class abilities here). They've all have been pretty much nerf'd and correct me if I'm wrong dragon's blood is receiving a considerable nerf as well, in order to make DK an even harder class to come out on top with.

It would be fantastic if ZoS oh idk give us back some decent AoE *Cough* Flames of Oblivion *Cough*.

LOL, if I screamed nerf every time my NB couldnt kill stuff my DK could, forum would be full of me. " competely different play stiles, and you expect same resoults.
Example: Omg nerf NB, lethal arrow hit me for 22k, i want my whip to do atleast that.
So you want for your nb to be tanky and has good sustain dmg as dk, and on top of that you have best burst in game, yea thats a great idea...

The mitigation in the PTS is bugged as hell, so basically every class can make a super defensive build right now, you can achieve 80-100% mitigation lol. What did you expect?

This is what happens when @ZOS_RichLambert @ZOS_BrianWheeler @ZOS_EricWrobel will start to openly favourite only one of player classes NB DPSes branding them favourites or ZOS and then openly discriminate other group of players who threaten their most favourites.

A thread appears that just slightly points a NB DPS is op -> we have all DPS ganking on everyone in this thread that they are wrong, they never DPS and everything compared to being DPS is like riding bike, while DPSing is rocket science and flying space shuttle.

ZOS decides to make unjustified nerft to any other class -> ZOS gives us empty and pointless arguments like "this is good for long term health of game", "we are happy with this change"; DPS from all over place gank other classes who struggle to be allowed to still make light attack; suddenly every NB DPS is expert on how to tank/heal and every other class but NB DPS has to L2P and adapt

I understated DK power on PTS in my OP.

Who cares about that someone can solo a pve encounter? This is going to happen more often anyway with people getting more and more CP. And it's not like pve is exceptionally difficult in this game either.

You are clueless. Not only was the DK mitigating most damage, he was healing himself during the temple event in the imperial city. His health would drop down to about 1/4 or 1/3 and he would just heal himself back up.

Nightblade DPS is definitely NOT OP on PTS. Even a VR16 in full legendary with 300 champion points, a NB dps is adequate but definitely not OP.

BTW, rumors of Kahjiit NB superiority are vastly overstated. I repeatedly owned a Kahjiit NB 1v1 on my Redgaurd NB. Maybe I am just a better NB than he was but I owned him.

My main WAS a Templar, now its a NB. My Templar just sucks as a tank now. I can heal, thats about it.

There's something fishy with the way CP is interacting with Battle-Fatigue and DK skills.

I watched a templar solo his way around IC quite easily last night, while me as a DK was having serious difficulty.

They were probably playing a Template DK with high CP points.

I made a templar on PTS but didnt play it much so I would not know about playing a Templar in the IC. I am so disgusted with my current templar that I dont want to play it anymore.

300 CP on V16 template, not that high.

Yup, DK is God mode on PTS. Soloed the entire temple event. Didnt need any help. I did try to help as a stam based bow/dual wield NB but all I did was die quickly and horribly. I must have wasted 15 soulstones. I finally gave up and hid outside until it was over.
