clarification of drop from Cyrodiil Treasure maps

10 maps vr 15-16 hero - no sets
but 1 map lvl31 hero - set item

i got few white vr15 items its nice, few vr14, few malacite shards and soul gems
but no single item-sets

WTF?

also what about regular chests - only vr14 drop looks like?

also i noticed in Cyro delves there is not only Aspect runes like before...

You looted... 2 chests ? Did you kill the engine guardian 2 times and received his helmet with the right trait and armor ?
This passive increases the chance to find good things, but it's still random and not promised. You could get a good item in 10 of 10 chests, but you could as well get nothing. Nothing is promised in this game I wish it was more predictable.

i looted not chests but TREASURE MAP CHESTS

they always contain sets on live atm

I was able to confirm the same thing before they wiped the characters. map chest had v14 and v15 items in it, but no set items.

So I should use up Cyrodiil maps while I'm still VR14?

I assume that is because the sets that drop in Cyrodiil are max 14 and they would have to add new sets to Cyrodiil at 14 and 15, but they have different mechanics for those levels.

They said that the Cyrodiil Treasure maps would only contain a white or green v15 pc for anyone v15 and over.

I was so mad about this when they changed things! I had every map you could get 18? I think? All because I wanted Martial Knowledge for my v16 toon.

Every chest was without set pc. However, I did find v14 MK dropped from bosses in the delves.

My v12 toon can still get her MK pcs from the chests still. But of course, only at her level.
So I am saving any other Cyrodiil maps I find until she is v14.

It's not really a bug but it is a poor loot system. In standard chests of level v15 and v16 you'll get standard loot. Nothing special. Intermediate or higher can drop set items normally but for v15 and v16 these set items are replaced by generic rubedite, etc items used for decon only. No new item sets were added for levels v15 and v16 in any standard or map chests. So, not a bug, but not exactly a good thing either.
