Not really, I replaced it on my bar with rapid regen.

Now that shields are fixed, I've personally found rapid regen to be better for me. As to often healing ward was breaking before the heal

I'm using rapid regeneration now. But you die alot quicker now, because you don't have the low health shield.
I refused to use healing ward anyway, so it's not that hard for me to adapt to that.

Because you must have it on your bar to get the emergency heal. If you apply it and switch weapons, it will not proc when under 20% health

Let's not forget any execute will blow right through the low health heal proc, if not out right kill you before you even reach the 20% threshold.

Mutagen is good :) It's a life saver and in AvA, not each ally is affected by an execute. Mutagen automatically procs as soon as they fall below 20% health.
However, it's incredibly weak in pvp. I'm going to use it as a pve healer as soon as they fix it, but I tested it in pvp and the restores amount of health cannot be considered a life saver in my opinion.

It can still help non Templars. It might help keeping yourself alive. ESPECIALLY when you are full health tank. with 40k health, 20% health is 8000 health ! Mutagen is basically a free cast. Imagine how easy it is for you to keep yourself alive, because people can barely burst you down fast enough with so much health.

For low health players.... hm not in pvp probably.
