does grand healing still stack with itself?

does on live was curious if this was supposed to be the case or was getting fixed at all?
as in when you cast it multiple times it does get rid of the previous cast like every other effect in the game, it cast another stacking grand healing effect. this might be why its the spell of choice for lagging out servers, and slightly trivializes healing in end game (aww yeah that's right if tanks burn everyone burns)
