Stealth attack with skills & magic

Hello guys,
I have a question: Does stealth attack working with every skill and weapon? You know that juicy extra damage?
I am aware that for instance bow skill snipe receives an extra omph.
But hardly noticed that with for instance destro staff, or when I activate a targeted skill like destro's clentch, or AoEs?
Do those trigger the stealth extra damage to?
