[BUG] Sorcerer ability - Storm Calling - Critical Surge ICD bugs without reason.

Atm there is something wrong with Critical Surge. On live I can get about 30-35% of my damage as healing with a 52% critical rating. On PTS I was expecting this reduced due to the healing reduction. But atm it is ONLY 5-7% of my damage when I am doing normal rotations that do not include any DoTs.

Scenario 1: Only light attacks
light attacks - 70k damage -50% critical scored
surge heal - 14k

Seems to be working ok

Scenario 2: Only heavy attacks:
heavy attacks - 110k damage - 50% critical scored
surge heal - 18.9k

Seems to be working ok

Scenario 3: Shrouded daggers on 1 enemy
shrouded daggers - 78k damage - 47% critical scored
surge heal - 13k

Seems to be working ok

Scenario 4: Normal rotations on single target with only Heavy attacks and Shrouded Daggers without any DoTs
heavy attacks - 110k damage - 48% critical scored
shrouded daggers - 78k damage - 42% critical scored
surge heal - 11k

This doesn't work properly

Scenario 5: 3 Heavy attacks followed by 2 Shrouded daggers
3 heavy attacks - 2 criticals - total damage 23.662
2 shrouded daggers - 1 critical - total damage 14086
surge heal - 2557

This doesn't work properly

This has to be fixed asap.

    Sorry for the double post but due to not being able to edit original post.

    The surge heal on last scenario is a single instance from 2 heavy attack crits followed by 1 shrouded dagger crit. Even if I used my shrouded daggers too soon after the heavy attack I should at least get 2 surge heals from the 2 heavy attack crits which I did not.

    Even after more tests I have verified that Critical Surge is not working properly. You can see several critical hits either from heavy attacks or non DoT abilities do not register any kind of healing even if your last surge heal happened like a few seconds ago.

    Could it be that DoT criticals actually refresh the ICD of this ability without providing any kind of healing in the meantime? Is there some other problem? Some dev response might be appropriate here.

    Ok here are some hard numbers and screenshots:

    Test 1 with DoTs - This doesn't work properly. Here you can see 0 procs no matter what ability scored a critical hit and when.

    Test 2 without DoTs- THIS DOESN'T WORK PROPERLY EITHER! We are talking about 60% of your damage. Considering the healing reduced that should be 30% of your damage and considering the critical chance it should be 15% of your damage. This is not it.

    So it is not just DoTs that interfere with the ICD....there is something completely off with this ability
