my girlfriend has created a high else sorcerer she is currently level 18 but has no slot to put on a helmet we are playing on PlayStation four is this a glitch or is there a certain level you need to be before the helmet slot unlocks

Ranique✭✭✭✭Someone on xbox (same interface) had the exact same "issue" yesterday.
You do not see the slots at all under equipment, but only the equipped items. So all she needs to do is get a helmet (of the appropiate level) and equip it and she is good to go.
