Please help
I was emailed about removing an exploit from my account on eso. I had tried the whole hybrid thing out because a buddy told me how to do it. After reading the email I went home to remove the exploits from my toons and successfully did so. I logged off and about an hour later tried getting on and was informed my accounht was permanently banned. Is there any way to prove I did what they asked to have my account activated again. I have put a lot of time and money into this game and now I have no way of recovering any of the things I purchased. I did what I was asked and I was still punished for this. If anyone knows a way to help me out it would be greatly appreciated. I would have for this to cause me not being able to play anymore, im an eso plus member and huge fan of the elder scrolls franchise, please help me out!!

Ranique✭✭✭✭you need to contact support directly. Exploiting is something they can suspend your account for. There is nothing to do bout that. So the only way to get it back is by getting them to be mercifull.

I contacted them yesterday and I just now received another email saying my account had been reactivated for play. thanks for the input!0
