As you use the term gamer tag I asume you are on a console.
Anyways.. You have posted in the second for NPC-guilds. These are bout organisations in the lore of the game and have nothing to do with player-guilds. So it is not really a good spot to find a guild.
If you go to the forum's main page, at the bottom you will find several sections where guilds can advertise themself or where you can ask for a guild.
Make sure you take that section that corresponds with your platform (PC/Mac, PS or XBOX) and your region (NA or EU).
