    I thought Caltrops won't proc SA anymore? With no stamina regen while blocking that's a huge change.

    The patch notes said Drain Power is getting a 20% damage increase, so that will definitely help!

    I can't quite follow - caltrops procs where responsible for most of the resources a sap tank restored in 1.6, practically unlimited to the point regen was pointless...
