Silver Leash of Imminent Death?

So I just enjoyed PvP in the Imperial City, when I suddenly got pulled by a silver leash and... died by it? Losing all my Tel Var stones. So I guess it was a player who killed me, the death recap was not informative at all. The action the player took after killing me kinda showed me that he knew what he did there, giving me the hint that this may be a new exploit/bug or something. Or was it because it was (I think) the AD spawn? Then you should not be able to pull other people up imho.

U have been pulled into a spawn. Works with silver leas cos it got no restrictions on the Z-Axis. Cains however have restrictions so @ZOS_GinaBruno, this needs to be fixed. Or dont fix it. Almost no need to leave the spawns to get tel var stones ^^

Always good to know that ZOS is fully capable of putting insta death barriers on things they don't want opposing players to get onto.

Soooo glad they used this solution to stop ppl getting into unbreached keeps instead of z-axis nerfing Chains, Dragon Leap, and Teleport Strike and actually still failing to stop any of these abilities from still allowing keep access. (Jump + Chains, positioning + Leap, Teleport Striking ppl as they enter doors.)

....Oh wait.

Or does the skill now ignore stuff like that? In imp city that is a free chain pve wise.

Well, good thing people are pulling (kekekeke) these stunt on PTS so they know what to fix?

I do feel like it should not be possible to attack others from your safezone anyway, let alone instagib someone in this manner. That would be very no risk high reward.

@ZOS_BrianWheeler confirmed this as a bug to me in stream on Saturday (not sure if they posted it on the forums?). It should be following the same rules as the DK chains, but doesn't right now. If folks are using it and one shorting it and not reporting it, then the should be disqualified from any contest. If they did report it but are still using it then... it's legit?
