Can't find "UserSettings" to stop the crashing...

I have Live on my SSD and I have PTS on another harddrive. I can't remember how I set it up, lol but I can't find my "UserSettings.txt" file on the hard drive that has PTS.

Am I forever doomed to crash?

Search for it, it should be an indexed folder.

It should still be in "My Documents" - ESO - PTS.
