With so many significant changes to so many abilities, how much of what we are seeing on PTS is indeed ZOS' new design intent and that players just need to learn and adapt to?

Or maybe you just have to adjust or adapt to the changes. This really isn't a RL2P thing that's what every one though about U6 and every one adjusted fine and fast to it.

L2P is common excuse used by players who did 100+ VDSA runs 100+ trails and can do every vet pledge with blinded eyes. They use it to push changes into game that will only benefit them, the 1% of ESO elite, giving them monopoly over all content. Doing that they ignore the fact, that beside them, there is the other 99% of ESO community., that they once belonged to, before they grinded their teths down on content and grinding for best gear and perfecting (or copying over from youtube tutorials) their character builds.
