All of them. The ability to give a free stam boost to your tank/ DPS and free heal is very nice and will become even better in the next patch.
Yes, it is very handy for when you have lots of enemies and they're falling relatively quickly in battle. Just be liberal in its use and do so during battle as the enemies fall if need be. Seems like mage light and entropy are the to go choices.
