tanks will be able to block all they want, perma blockers won't be able to faceroll their way to pvp kills over and over, everyone wins?

Or at least a heavy weapon/spell power debuff. They would just need to add it to the bracing passive that already exist.

the biggest issue with perma blockers in pvp has always been the 5 light armor + 1h/s combo... no need to further weaken heavy armor, just need to get rid facerollers spamming 8k lava whips with their block button taped down

choose one, blocking or dps, having both at the same time is absurd
