Nightblade Grim focus needs... Focus

So the reduction to 4 light attacks is great but I noticed that if I count my light attacks and try to use the ability once I use the fourth light attack it will just reapply Grim focus because the proc isn't activating as quickly as it should. To make it clear, once I land the fourth light attack it will show the ability change to the spectral bow but if I press it as soon as it does it will not register the spectral bow it will just reapply the buff

Possible server lag issues?

I'd go somewhere outside of Cyrodill and test. I've noticed other abilities with delayed effects while getting caught in a meteor zerg.

Maybe, but these issues don't occur with frag procs, but I'll test. Ty
