It doesn't always proc, not sure if a vampire has experitmented with some of there stuff like bat swarm when having evil hunter up, but can pretty much do most skills with it, and everything from that skill gets added on if the mob or other player is the right target

It's good for up close stuff in the end, and with the increase in meele attacks orcs are getting looking forward to seeing how it all stacks up now that they are getting things working right.

Yeah I'm going to have ditch one of my abilities and add this one in now
