Yes, did you refund the points put into we before curing?
If not all skill lines would remain where you left off. If you did refund, you just need to put skill points back in and should have same level you worked

Your skill line progress is saved. Your spent skill points are not automatically refunded. So if you have points in your werewolf abilities, even though you can't see the skill line, they're still there, waiting for you to return. Same for Vampire, so far as that goes.

If you respec, you'll get those points back, and can spend them elsewhere, but you can't put them back into the werewolf line while you're not one... rather obviously.

Most people become werewolves for the all around stamina regen, that is going off after next patch if you don't keep the transformation slotted is what he is getting at

    World

    Werewolf
You can now safely press the button for the werewolf ultimate repeatedly without fear of immediately reverting back to normal again.
Removed Stamina Regeneration from Lycanthropy; it now requires Werewolf Transformation to be slotted in your ability bar.
Reduced the poison damage you receive while in Werewolf form to 25% from 40%.
Fixed an issue which was allowing Negate Magic to pull Werewolves out of Werewolf Form.
Fixed an issue where heavy attacks would play twice before striking your target while in werewolf form.
You can no longer fish or use the dye station while in werewolf form.
Devour: This ability can no longer target a destroyed Aura of Protection totem.
Infectious Claws (Claws of Anguish morph): Fixed an issue where the healing debuff was stacking with other healing debuffs.
Savage Strength (passive): This passive will no longer will be removed when your character is killed.

But at-least can't be pulled randomly out of werewolf form by other people any more, but yeah mainly one nerf cause you now have to keep a skill slotted , and that is more balancing, then nerfing honestly

Werewolf myself since the start of the game basically

Basically yes, less things change during the testing

    Vampire

Reduced the fire damage you receive to 25% from 40%.
Drain Essence: This ability now restores 10% of your health every second, and stuns your target on activation. It can be used on CC-immune targets, and can be used all the time (it no longer activates the Feed debuff).
Supernatural Recovery (passive): This passive now only works while any Vampire ability is slotted in your ability bar

Can stun things that are normally immune to stunning now

@RedTalon if i respec now while im a vamp will that give me them back from my ww?

Unsure on that, have only had one char with an illness and that has been werewolf, but based on what others have said and told me would have to pick it up again and respec them. But then again unsure, I don't min/max go with what fits my style and run with it,

-tends to focus more on the fighter guild line in the end, even when going werewolf I pop evil hunter and it carries over and see nothing in the change notes other then it acting right while sheathed-

Nightblade sheathers normally do better with the other morph from that line, and honestly are you magic or stamina build that makes the differences in the end really, you most likely could also get away without having either vampire or werewolf has lines if your sheath based anyhow that would be more a choice if you want a little extra or not

http://elderscrollsonline.wiki.fextralife.com/Fighters+Guild+Skills list of fighter guild stuff from a website, that has the current break down, not the pts breakdowns evil hunter is in there its normally a skill that stacks on top of other base attacks and so on, I assume it stacks with some vampire skills to given it does for werewolf stuff

im tempted to just give the vamp up and be my WW and not even use any skill line until i need it and what does that morph do? is it worth using?

Thats a safe bet till the changes from pts are finalized The new vampire feed has some clear abuses you can do with it, so not sure if that will stick or change

Edited my post and placed a link in it, sorry do many forums at once, here is an edit and link again, has all the fighter guild stuff in it

@RedTalon yeah thats whats tempting me the feed but whats this fighters guild skill your talking about

Basically its an active skill you can trigger, and helps you deal more damage against the undead and dreadra in the game, and other players who are vampires count has undead also.

It's a morph from expert hunter

    Evil Hunter
    (Morph)

Gives your attacks a 15% chance to cause an additional [x] Magic Damage against undead and Daedra and a 4% chance against all other enemies for 15 seconds.
Killing undead and Daedra refreshes the effect's duration.
While slotted, undead and Daedra are easier to see and you gain Major Savagery, increasing your Weapon Critical rating by [x].
Each attack also restores [x] Stamina.
Also gain Stamina when damaging undead or Daedra.

Basically it stacks with melee attacks and bow attacks, haven't seen it stack with magicka attacks, like when I was fighting in an area with a lot of vampires did the werewolf pounce and one of the mobs bursted into flames cause the skill triggered
