Is eclipse broken?

I casting eclipse on both players and NPCs but it doesnt seem like it is reflecting single target spells anymore. When I cast it on NPC's it doesn't say "this target is to powerful to be effected" and when I cast it on players they dont CC break it and it seems like the attacks aren't being reflected at themselves.

Any other templar feel like Eclipse and its morphs aren't reflecting single target spells onto the target?

I haven't used it in pts but currently in live server, reflected projectile animations don't show up but they are actually reflecting back. So maybe it is because of this.

I'm still taking damage from the attacks though, and I have total dark which is supposed to heal me also I still get CC'd. I'm not 100% sure but I might have to test it more.

The ability works a bit differently now. The cast will go off if the target is CC-immune now, but the only effect that will apply is the damage bomb. Because they were CC immune when you cast it the reflect part did not apply to them. It also can only be applied to one target now.

I've used it on people on PTS and definitely it still reflects stuff back.

Also, one possibility is that people are getting a bit better at spotting it, thus only using non-offensive abilities till they can CC break it or it wears off.

I know when I get it put on me I break it right away, or switch to just defensive skills.
