Replaced with a fixed sum magicka regeneration on fully charged heavy attacks (so basically a 5-piece you will never use).

On topic: anyone checked the Eyes of Mara set on PTS? still got the 12% reduction on resto staff abilities?

Yes, they have added a lot of sets(new ones) and changed old ones where they have FIXED values, u cant increase in any way. Same goes for some skills, like nb siphoning attacks.

Like the new Black Rose set

Think this will be their way to make hybrids more viable and so that stacking as much mag/stam as u can wont make u the uberking. Dont know if this idea is good ^^

Just walk up to the respective crafting station, you still see the stats even if you can't craft it.

While we are on topic of "old sets changes", anyone of our NA playing friends with a skirmisher set could tell me the changes (if any) to that one?

Seducer is exactly the same. It wasn't changed at all.

Archmage was double-nerfed (Spell damage drop + 5 piece)

I'm glad I sold all the spare peices I had because come 2.1 that set is functionally bad.

Speaking of Seducer or even Magnus; I heard that they reduced the stats of all crafted sets with traits between 2-4, is this true?

Thanks... this isn't AS BAD as it could have been. I was crafting armor for the Spell Damage on my Sorc but crafting Weapon Crit on my hybrid-Sorc, so it looks like I'll have to reconsider my options for my Sorc.

Do you know if this also impacted Hunding's Rage- as the 5/pc bonus was an increase to weapon damage?

This is what is being reported, that weapon and spell damage on all 1-4 trait sets were reduced; I'm just trying to see if this weapon damage reduction spread to higher sets, like Hunding's Rage, which is what I'm currently researching traits in order to craft.

He didn't say 1-4 "traits", he said 1-4 pieces. Traits makes it sound like sets with 5 or more traits didn't get nerfed. Is that what you are saying? Am I gonna go on PTS and find out Eyes of Mara (8 traits) has a higher spell damage bonus than Torug's Pact (2 traits)?

Let me know what you discover, because every other thread I've seen on this topic has said that it was only the SETS with 2-4 traits required that the Spell Damage and Weapon Damage was severely reduced. Specifically, Torug's Pact was mentioned as one of those effected.
