I'm in Coldharbour and for some reason I can't open the door leading to The Chasm area. I'm pretty sure I've done everything to the West, but can't figure out how to get to the East other than through that door. It's effing me off now!

There should be doors open to go either East or West. The Chasm will not open until you have completed the main quests prior.
