Do you need to be level 10 to join a guild?

✭✭✭✭✭You can join a guild even before you leave the Wailing Prison if you were to get an invite while in there.
There are no level restrictions on Guild.
It's Cyrodiil and the Alliance War that you can't join until L10.Enjoy the game, life is what you really want to be worried about.
